Repairs will be quoted to you based on a flat rate schedule before any work or parts are replaced.

You owe only the diagnostic fee if no work is performed.

Nor-Cal Air Conditioning offers a Spring and Fall service agreement. Please become one of our valued service contract customers. (Please see Details)

For $120 ($145 in secondary area) annually we will service one location and up to two units in the Spring and Fall.

This contract also entitles you to 10% off our flat rate fee and no diagnostic fee if repairs are done during the service contract.

Contract agreements also move you to the front of the line for service calls during the busy season.
